The biggest threat will be damaging winds and heavy rain, but an isolated tornado can’t be ruled out in our southern counties. The storms are expected to impact these areas from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Spokeswoman Tammy Amaon said deputies took Drew Edward Fuller, 18, of 5505 Devil’s Racetrack Road, into custody Monday afternoon. He is expected to be charged with first-degree murder.

<b>FOUR OAKS, N.C.</b> — Johnston County sheriff's deputies have arrested the second suspect in a fatal shooting that took place at 5505 Devils Racetrack Road Saturday night.

Brandon Keith Sims, 17, of Four Oaks, is also charged in the crime.

Deputies found Clevon Jerrell Stewart, 22, at Devils Racetrack Road and Interstate 95. He had been shot, Amaon said. Stewart was transported to WakeMed, where he was pronounced dead.
