WAKE FOREST, N.C. — The second man wanted for the Aug. 28 shooting death of a Franklinton man surrendered to police Tuesday afternoon.

Walter Britt Garrison, 33, of 4329 Durham Road in Raleigh, was charged with one count of murder and will make his first court appearance Wednesday morning.

The charge stems from the shooting death of Glenn Tashaun Lee, 27, on the 400 block of North Allen Road in Wake Forest.
