The first-ever Hook & Vine festival Sunday, Oct. 14, is a chance to savor the fruits of North Carolina fields and shores right here in the Triangle.

The Wine Feed, on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, welcomes chefs from Battistella’s, PoshNosh Catering, Sarah Cecilia’s Good Food Co. and Mandolin to prepare seafood dishes to be paired with local wine selections.

Tickets are $30, or $25 for two or more. Each guest will get tastes of five dishes featuring shrimp and flounder, along with less-well-known wild, sustainable ocean fish like Gray Snapper and Sheepshead.
