Roanoke Rapids man charged with indecent exposure
A Roanoke Rapids man was arrested Monday and charged with indecent exposure to a child under 16 years old, according to the Halifax County Sheriff's Office.

ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. — A Roanoke Rapids man was arrested Monday and charged with indecent exposure to a child under 16 years old, according to the Halifax County Sheriff's Office.
Arthur Lee Abbington, 57, was taken to the Halifax County Magistrates Office where he was placed under a $2,000 bond and secured in the Halifax County Jail.
His first court date is June 2 in Halifax County District Court.
