Residents Urged to Report Runoff From Construction Sites

RALEIGH, N.C. — The Neuse River Foundation wants others to help reduce stormwater runoff from construction sites.

The organization will hold a public orientation Tuesday about the Muddy Water Watch program. The goal is to train more than 150 volunteers to identify and report sedimentation and erosion control violations from construction sites.

The orientation starts at 6:45 p.m. at the Brier Creek Community Center, located on 10810 Globe Road in Raleigh.
