The Iredell County Sheriff's Office <a href="http://www.wbtv.com/story/30090650/one-injured-in-shooting-at-elementary-school-in-statesville" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told WBTV that a married couple</a> and two children were outside the school in a vehicle when the woman shot the man.

Deputies had the woman in custody. Neither the children who were in the car, nor any students at the school were injured, according to WBTV.
