Registration open now for storytimes at N.C. Botanical Garden

I don't write much about the great programs at the N.C. Botanical Garden in Chapel Hill because they are so popular. Nature Tales is among them.

I don't write much about the great programs at the N.C. Botanical Garden in Chapel Hill because they are so popular and fill up quickly.

But ... at last check, there are spots available in their popular Nature Tales: Storytime in the Garden series for kids ages 2 to 5.. It runs on Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., May 3 to Aug. 16.

The event includes nature-themed books and hands-on explorations and activities in the gardens. The program is held rain or shine. Pre-registration is required. The fee is $5 per family per day ... no more than three kids per adult.
