RALEIGH, N.C. — The owner of a Raleigh used car dealership is accused of inappropriately touching at least two customers.

Thomas Jefferson Lynn, 63, turned himself in to authorities on Friday. He is charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and is currently out on bond.

Two customers, a 22-year-old man on Feb. 22 and a 32-year-old woman on Dec. 21, 2013, told police Lynn inappropriately touched them while at his dealership, Freedom Auto Sales, formerly known as Wolfpack Auto Sales, at 3020 Hillsborough Street.

Investigators said anyone who may have had similar experiences with Lynn, even if they thought it was minor, is urged to contact them.
