RALEIGH, N.C. — A teenager reported missing to Raleigh police has been found and is OK, authorities said Tuesday morning.

Summer Jefferson, 15, did not return home school on Jan. 27, prompting investigators to put the word out Monday night, because of concerns that she did not have her medication with her.

Foul play was never suspected in her disappearance, and police did not provide any other details Tuesday.

Meanwhile, investigators are still looking for Aaliyah Latrice "Leagh" Jones, 16, who is the subject of a statewide Silver Alert.

Jones was last seen in Wolf Creek in Raleigh.

She is black, stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 133 pounds and has long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black or blue sweater, a black fleece jacket and black short cut boots.

A photo of Jones was not available.

Authorities believe Jones may be headed toward Durham.

Anyone with information regarding Jones' whereabouts is asked to contact the Wake County Sheriff’s Office at 919-856-6911.
