A 17-year-old Raleigh man was arrested and charged Saturday with three counts of first degree sexual offense of a child.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A 17-year-old from Raleigh was arrested and charged Saturday with three counts of first degree sexual offense of a child.

Christopher Pacas-Aragon, of 2529 Friendly Trail, is accused of engaging in a sexual act with a child under 13 years old, according to an arrest warrant.

Pacas-Aragon remained in the Wake County jail Sunday under a $3 million bond.
