Raleigh police seek man in Bojangles' robbery

Raleigh police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man they say robbed the Bojangles' restaurant on New Bern Avenue Saturday afternoon.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man they say robbed the Bojangles' restaurant in the 4600 block of New Bern Avenue Saturday afternoon. 

According to investigators, the man entered the restaurant about 4:15 p.m. armed with a handgun and stole money before fleeing on foot. 

The man is described as a black male with a slim build. He was between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 foot tall and had a deep voice, police said. Witnesses told investigators he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a mask.
