RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police said they do not suspect foul play was behind the death of a woman whose body was found outside her home.

A housekeeper found Shirley Murnick, 88, face-down in the driveway of her Ridge Road home on Monday morning.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Chapel Hill will conduct an autopsy.

Police said they are treating Murnick's death as a deceased person case, not a homicide.
