Raleigh man missing, last seen walking on Capital Boulevard

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police and the N.C. Center for Missing Persons asked for help from the public Wednesday to find a missing man who is cognitively impaired.

Wade Judson Westmoreland, 31, was last seen at El Paseo Restaurant on Capital Boulevard. He left the restaurant and was headed north on foot, authorities said.

Westmoreland, a white man with short, brown hair and blue eyes, is about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing gray pants, a black shirt with red, yellow and blue lettering and brown shoes.

Westmoreland has tattoos on his forearms of the words "Discipline" and "Context."
