The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Friday for a Raleigh man believed to have some degree of cognitive impairment.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Friday for a Raleigh man believed to have some degree of cognitive impairment.

Timothy Wayne Evans, 23, is a black man about 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He was last seen at 2829 Sourwood St. in southeast Raleigh.

Authorities said Evans could be driving a dark blue 2001 Chevy Cavalier with North Carolina license plate DKV7139.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call the Raleigh Police Department at 919-996-1545.
