RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police charged Quintis Demetrus Cobb, 38, of 2902 Woods Place, with first-degree statutory sexual offense for engaging in a sexual act with a 6-year-old girl.
Cobb was held on $400,000 bond. The arrest warrant did not indicate how or whether he knew his victim.
