Raleigh man arrested in Fayetteville restaurant shooting
Terekus Derrell Rogers, 34, of the 3500 block of Torbay Drive in Raleigh was arrested at about 10:30 p.m. by members of the Fayetteville Police Department's Violent Criminal Apprehension Team along with officers from the State Bureau of Investigation and Raleigh Police Department.

Rogers was charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious bodily injury, discharging a weapon into occupied property causing serious bodily injury, robbery with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The charges stem from a May 10 shooting at Smokey Bones restaurant at 1891 Skibo Road in which officers found Algeria Khalyid McNair, 21, of Fayetteville, with gunshot wounds to his face, neck and knee.
McNair is expected to be charged upon his release from UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, authorities said.
Rogers was being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.
