Raleigh M&F Bank branch robbed
The Mechanics & Farmers Bank at 1824 Rock Quarry Road in Raleigh was robbed Monday afternoon.

RALEIGH, N.C. — The Mechanics & Farmers Bank at 1824 Rock Quarry Road in Raleigh was robbed Monday afternoon.
A man walked into the bank at about 3:15 p.m. and presented a note to a teller, police said. A weapon was not displayed and no injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a black mall, 5 feet 9 inches tall with an athletic build. He was last seen wearing a headband, gray pullover winter hat and a green jacket.
