RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh's leaf collection program kicks off Monday.
Residents are being urged to rake leaves into piles on the curb, not in the street.
City workers will make a complete sweep of the city by Christmas. A second sweep of the city is scheduled on Jan. 2.
