Raleigh employee charged after guns found in children's room

Police charged a Raleigh city employee Monday with child abuse when guns were found in his children's bedroom.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police charged a city employee Monday with child abuse when guns were found in his children's bedroom.

Reginald Lamont Keith, 39, of Bloodworth Street, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor child abuse.

Keith has two children, ages 3 and 12, police said.

Police said Keith allowed gang members to use his home to store their weapons.
