Light showers, clouds stick around for Easter Sunday
Clouds, light showers and cool temperatures will stick around on Easter Sunday as a low-pressure system slowly makes its way up the coast of Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina.

"We might dodge a bullet in the Triangle, but for areas south and east of Raleigh could see rain on Sunday," WRAL meteorologist Aimee Wilmoth said. "Our northern counties may not see any rain Sunday."
Central North Carolina residents headed out to Easter sunrise services will be greeted by clouds and possible light showers, but the rain will be significantly lighter than Saturday, Wilmoth said.
On-again, off-again sprinkles are possible across central North Carolina Sunday afternoon, and temperatures will once again remain well below normal, topping out in the low to mid 60s.
Clouds will linger overnight Sunday into Monday, but sunshine will return to the area by midday as temperatures head back into the low 70s.
By midweek, partly cloudy skies will rule.
