I introduced Pam Diamond on Monday. She's the mom of two and postpartum doula in Cary, who helps moms during those crazy weeks after a baby is born.
Most people are familiar with labor and delivery doulas, who help in the hospital, birth center or at home while a baby is being born. Pam, owner of First Daze & Nightzzz, helps afterwards.

Every Wednesday for the next four weeks, she'll be here on Go Ask Mom with tips for new moms. Learn more about what she does as a postpartum doula in this video. And stay tuned next Wednesday for some tips for new moms.
