Officials: Man found dead inside car on I-440 in Raleigh
Officials discovered the body of a man inside a car along Interstate-440 early Sunday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Officials discovered the body of a man inside a car along Interstate-440 early Sunday.
According to officials with the Raleigh Police Department, a deputy with the Wake County Sheriff's Office saw a car abandoned on I-440 near the Poole Road interchange around 3:45 a.m.
The deputy located a man's body in the driver's seat.
Officials say 23-year-old was declared dead at the scene.
There were no apparent signs of foul play, officials said, but an investigation is underway.
