<b>WILLOW SPRINGS, N.C.</b> — Police and SWAT team members surrounded a home in Willow Springs after they say a man shot his son Sunday.

Police said the gunshot wound was to the ankle and not life threatening and the victim, who is in his 20's, was not cooperating.

A Wake County Sherriff’s Office spokesperson said the shooting occurred around 7 p.m. at 6515 Hilltop Road in Willow Springs.

No other details were released as of Sunday night.
