Salads don't always catch our attention when we head out for our weekly Out & About lunches, but for some reason this salad was calling my name.
The Sesame Soba Noodle Salad ($8) at Buku is filled with roasted peanuts, edamame, bean sprouts and scallions and topped with a spicy peanut dressing.
I opted to add chicken on top. Very tasty and filling.
