RALEIGH, N.C. — The presidential candidates aren't the only politicians visiting North Carolina in the run-up to the November election.

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, the vice presidential running mate to Republican Donald Trump, is set to hold a town hall-style meeting at the Fletcher Opera Theater at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh next Thursday.

The event will start at 9 a.m., and doors open at 7:30 a.m. Seating it limited, and tickets can be obtained through Trump's campaign website.

Pence was in Winston-Salem at a rally with Trump on Monday, but his Raleigh campaign stop will mark his first solo foray in North Carolina.
