This year's show "takes a look at the monsters and beasts that inhabit our dreams and folktales by peering through different lenses to explore the beauty, monstrousness and magic of these creatures," according to the show's Facebook event listing.
Paperhand will bring the show to several locations starting Friday.
It runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays starting this Friday, Aug. 5, through Sept. 4 (and Sept 5, which is Labor Day), at the Forest Theatre in Chapel Hill. The schedule includes mostly evening shows, but there are some Sunday matinees. (Tip: The Saturday shows usually sell out).
From there, it travels to the Carolina Theatre of Greensboro from Sept. 17 to Sept. 18.
