RALEIGH, N.C. — After getting into yoga a few months ago at my local recreation center, I've been obsessed with attending extra classes at Vault Yoga Studio.

The studio, centrally located in downtown Raleigh on Fayetteville Street, is in what used to be a bank vault. Now it's a cozy and inviting yoga studio tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets above.

Vault offers a wide variety of yoga classes focusing on different types of yoga, which are explained on their website. Whether you want a strenuous workout or an hour of relaxation and "me time," there's a class for you.

The instructors are all friendly and helpful by correcting technique and offering modifications for poses.

The studio offers lunchtime, evening and weekend classes ($10-$12), so there is something to fit everyone's schedule.

Vault also participates in First Friday every month, with a local art exhibit, snacks and fun.

I would highly recommend checking them out!
