I know Halloween was just last week and most of us haven't even bought our Thanksgiving turkeys yet.

But when it comes to holiday events around here, now is the time to start making your plans, especially if your plans include popular events that sell out.

If you're looking for Santa at the malls, wondering when your town's Christmas parade is or want to head out to some of the major light displays in the region, we have the guide for you!

Our 2011 Go Ask Mom Holiday Events Guide includes more than 120 events across the region. You'll find everything from the very popular Santa trains to Cary's first Jewish Cultural Festival on the first night of Hanukkah.
Is every single holiday event on this list? No. I'll be updating the list through January. So check back often. And if you have an event you'd like to add, please click here to email me.
Go Ask Mom will be all over the holidays over the next couple of months. And each time we have a holiday-related post, we'll put it in our 2011 Go Ask Mom Holiday Page.

In addition to our events guide and Made by Mom Gift Guide, you'll also eventually find recipes, crafts and other ways to celebrate the holidays with your kids in the Triangle. Stay tuned for much more!

Happy Holidays!
