One injured in shooting at Durham convenience store

An unidentified man was taken to Duke University Hospital late Wednesday after being shot at a gas station on Fayetteville Street, Durham police said.

DURHAM, N.C. — An unidentified man was taken to Duke University Hospital late Wednesday after being shot at a gas station on Fayetteville Street, Durham police said.

Officers responded to the Caroco convenience store at about 9 p.m.

The victim's name and condition have not been released, and authorities have not released any information about a possible motive.

No arrests have been made.
