RALEIGH, N.C. — A Zebulon man was arrested Monday after carjacking a woman at gunpoint on Oct. 7 at a Garner apartment complex, authorities said.

Junior Fidel Ramos, 21, of 1307 Turks Court, was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony larceny.

Garner Police are searching for a second suspect, Antonio Navarro-Saldivar, 16, of Raleigh.

Ramos and Navarro-Saldivar are both charged with stealing a 2012 Nissan Maxima from the 800 block of Calico Creek Drive on Monday. Authorities said Ramos threatened the owner of the vehicle, Bridgett Rascoe, with a handgun and also stole her keys and purse.

“She [Rascoe] came home, just coming home at the end of her day at work, and she got out of her car and was approached by two Hispanic males,” said Lt. Joe Binns of the Garner Police Department. “They had a revolver and they took her vehicle and some of her belongings.”

In addition to the charge on Monday, Ramos was also wanted for two other carjackings—Sept. 30 at 4408 New Bern Ave in Raleigh and Oct. 6 at 3831 Bonneville Court when police say he robbed a woman during a pizza delivery.

Ramos is now facing three charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, two charges of conspiring to robbery with a dangerous weapon, felony larceny, failure to appear on a misdemeanor and misdemeanor probation violation.

He is currently being held at the Wake County Justice Center under a $1.2 million secured bond.

Navarro-Saldivar is currently under probation after being charged with possession of stolen goods and speeding to elude arrest on May 2. Ramos was also serving probation after being charged with unauthorized use of motor conveyance on Nov. 3, 2013.
