R Lt Gov: Runoff: Dan Forest is in the lead, and Dale Folwell and Tony Gurley are in a photo finish for second. 

R Auditor: Runoff between Debra Goldman and Greg Dority 

R Commissioner of Insurance: Runoff between Mike Causey and Richard Morgan

R Secretary of State: Runoff between Ed Goodwin and Kenn Gardner

R Schools Superintendent: Runoff between John Tedesco and Richard Alexander  

R Treasurer: Steve Royal

R Agriculture Commissioner: Incumbent Steve Troxler 

The Associated Press has called the constitutional amendment campaign. North Carolina voters have approved adding a definition of marriage to the state constitution that bans civil unions. As of 9:25 p.m., 1.4 million votes have been counted and more than 60 percent voted in favor.

With 725K votes in, the Marriage Amendment is winning 57%-43%.

The GOP Presidential race has already been called for Romney, and the GOP Gov's race has been called for McCrory.

In the Dem Gov's race, with 316K votes in, Dalton is leading with 45%, and Etheridge has 40% 

In the Dem Lt. Gov., Coleman leads Mansfield 58%-42%.

In the GOP Lt. Gov, Forest is at 34%, Gurley at 27%, Folwell at 22%.

With 134,000 votes in, the Marriage Amendment is losing in the early vote: 48% for, 52% against. 

Dem hopeful Walter Dalton is leading the early vote at 49%, with 35% for Etheridge. Faison is at 7%.
