FOUR OAKS, N.C. — The Johnston County District Attorney has decided not to file charges against a man who struck and killed a Four Oaks woman on Tuesday.

Donna Baker, 23, of 1505 Elevation Road in Four Oaks, was walking with her fiancé and their 13-month-old baby on Old School Road when a car hit her from behind.

The driver Randy Stanley, 25, also of Four Oaks, told investigators the sun was in his eyes. Police said speed was not a factor in the incident.

Services for Baker are scheduled for Friday and Saturday at Minshew Funeral Home in Four Oaks. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Baker's funeral is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday.
