Body Found Along N.C. 54
Morrisville police were investigating the body of a man found near N.C. Highway 54 Sunday afternoon.

MORRISVILLE, N.C. — Morrisville police were investigating the body of a man found near N.C. Highway 54 Sunday afternoon.
The body was found around 11:30 a.m. alongside Henrico Lane and Weston Parkway, Sgt. Chris Rhew of the Morrisville Police Department said, in a release.
Rhew said officers do not yet know the cause of death and are withholding the name of the deceased, pending notification of relatives.
The body was taken to Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Chapel Hill for an autopsy.
Part of N.C. Highway 54 in Morrisville was blocked Sunday afternoon while police conducted an investigation.
