<b>ROXBORO</b> — A Roxboro man is facing charges for a seriesof flashings in Cary. Reginald Tuck was arrested Thursday morning and ischarged with two counts of indecent exposure.

The earliest incidents occurred in September, 1997, and continuedthrough last week. Police say Tuck approached joggers and children at busstops then made inappropriate comments and exposed himself.
