CHAPEL HILL — A University of North Carolina footballplayer has a court date soon after the team returns from its bowl game. Number 92, Ricco McCain, is charged with assault with intent to inflictserious injury.
The complaint was filed against McCain early Friday morning following afight at a Franklin Street nightclub.
The Sophomore Defensive lineman will go to court on January 9.
