Patricia Woo is one driving lesson away from getting her permit. This 15-year-old Cary High School student is getting in just under thewire, so when she turns 16, she'll have an unrestricted license.

Driving Instructor Chan Wilson says he's been very busy recently.

DMV License Director Wayne Hurder says his office gets busy rightafter school gets out.

Justin Branch is 15-years-old. He got his permit Friday just daysbefore the deadline.
