FAYETTEVILLE — The car has been found, but there still no suspects in Tuesday's Cumberland County double murder.
Richard Bobbitt, 75, found his 70-year-old wife Stella and herdaughter, Mary Williams, shot to death outside their home. Investigatorssay the suspects drove off in the daughter's car.
Police found the this morning in Richmond, Virginia.
Family and friends gathered outside the house Wednesday hoping for someanswers. Gladys Stocks, a cousin of the victims, says she can't understanda crime like this.
Bobbitt retired last year from Sunnyside Elementary School.
