RALEIGH — Help is on the way to ease the parking pains at RDU International, but you're going to pay part of the price.
Starting January 15th, rates in the hourly and 24-hour overflow lots aregoing up by a third. Airport officials hope the hourly lot increase willfree up space and fund future parking projects.
Construction is expected to begin on a new parking deck near Terminal "A"in February and wrap up by the Fall of 1999.
