RALEIGH — The abandoned newborn discovered in some bushes in Cary is improving. She's was listed in "good" condition Wednesday afternoon. Hospital nursesnamed the little girl "Halley" after Halley's Comet. They say the childcame into their lives in a flash, just like a comet.
