<b>CHAPEL HILL</b> — Police say a woman who says she waskidnapped outside her Chapel Hill apartment and taken to Orange Countywhere she was raped isn't telling the truth.

The unidentified woman reported the assault to Orange County deputiesand even gave them a description of her alleged assailant.

Investigators say the woman refused to cooperate and gave them falseinformation.
