RALEIGH — A former D-M-V employee who took a big-time payoff to leave his job sayshe wasn't paid nearly enough.
In about one hour.. Algie Toomer will go back before a State House committee.Yesterday he told the panel he was harrassed, abused, and falsely accused.He says that his 100,000 dollar payoff was *NOT*enough for what he's been through.Toomer claims he was caught up in the center of a power struggle.
I was caught in the middle..you still have me caught in the middle..beingharassed from every conceivable source.
Toomer's attorneys say his constitutional rights were violated... and hestill may pursue a lawsuit.
