<b>DURHAM</b> — Durham Crimestoppers and the CCB Foundation are starting a programto reward people who turn in others who carry illegalweapons.

If the weapon is found and the suspect is convicted, the tipster gets $100. A $10,000 grant from CCB will pay for the program.

Police say a woman was shot in the upper thigh while two men inside the home were arguing. EMS stabilized the woman and took her to ECU Health in Greenville. Both men suffered gunshot wounds during the altercation.
