CARY — Despite dozens of phone calls, the fate of astray dog in Cary seems sealed.
Animal control will try one more time to tranquilize and capture thestray people call Parkway, but if that doesn't work, they say police willshoot the dog.
Even though Parkway has never harmed anyone, the police chief sayshe doesn't want to take any chances that the stray dog may be rabid.
