RALEIGH — Investigators were still at the scene of adeadly accident in North Raleigh at noon Tuesday.
A truck's unbolted rear gate swung into two pedestrians who were walking down Leesville Road.
A 19-year-old woman died at the scene. A 21-year-old man is in criticalcondition.
Police have not said if the plan to file any charges against the truckdriver.
