<b>RALEIGH</b> — Police have now confirmed the identity of theman who was found dead near the Boylan Street bridge in Raleigh.

Francisco Guttierrez was shot and killed early Monday morning and hisbody found on train tracks near the bridge.

So far, no arrests have been made and investigators have not said ifthey are searching for specific suspects.
