GRAHAM — You won't find any mixed drinks atrestaurants in the Alamance County town of Graham any time soon. Residentsvoted down a referendum Monday night that would have allowed restaurantsto sell the liquor-by-the-drink.
It was a close vote though. The final tally was 894 to 803.
Graham now permits beer and wine sales in restaurants, but liquormust be brown-bagged.
