The biggest threat will be damaging winds and heavy rain, but an isolated tornado can’t be ruled out in our southern counties. The storms are expected to impact these areas from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

<b>ROSEBORO</b> — A man Sampson County deputies call a hogrustler was in court Monday.

Authorities say they found 65 stolen hogs on Billy Williams' propertyin Roseboro this weekend.

They say they believe Williams is one of several peopleinvolved in the hog-theft ring.

Investigators say Williams and the others stole 300 pigs and tried tosell them for 200 dollars each.
