FAYETTEVILLE — A proposed curfew is back on the table inFayetteville, just one month after the Cumberland County Board ofCommissioners approved a similar proposal for children under the age of 16outside city limits.
The county's curfew takes effect July 1. Monday night, FayettevilleCity Council members were scheduled to hold a public hearing on thepossibility of introducing a curfew within city limits.
The Fayetteville Police Department has previously expressedreservations about implementing such a move.
