<b>RALEIGH</b> — The musician known as Foxy Brown did notappear at the Wake County courthouse Monday to face an outstanding assaultcharge. The 17-year-old singer, whose real name is Inga Marchand, sent herattorneys to answer charges she spit on two Raleigh hotel workers inJanuary of this year.

The judge issued a warrant for her arrest setting bond at $5,000.

Police say a woman was shot in the upper thigh while two men inside the home were arguing. EMS stabilized the woman and took her to ECU Health in Greenville. Both men suffered gunshot wounds during the altercation.
