RALEIGH — Raleigh police say a student is responsiblefor last month's fire at West Millbrook Middle School.
By the time the early morning fire was over, a mobile classroom hadbeen reduced to a charred shell.
Police have filed a petition with the juvenile courts to charge a14-year-old student at the school.
